1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
Website — the 'TRENIX' web resource, designed for the sale of Products displayed on the Website.
User – any individual who uses Our Website to purchase Products.
Product – an item sold on Our Website.
Order – the process of ordering a Product on the Website or through communication with the Website administrators.
Personal Data — any information that directly or indirectly identifies the User, including, but not limited to: first name, last name, patronymic; email address (hereinafter – email); phone number; address; IP address; bank card number; and other details.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.2. The User does not have the right to use the features available on the Website if they do not agree with any of the conditions and/or the entire content of this Privacy Policy and the Agreement, which are mandatory for all Users of the Website.

In such a case, the Website is not responsible for the damages caused by such access.

2.7. If we become aware that personal data has been received from a person under the age of majority without parental consent, we reserve the right to delete such information as soon as possible. 3. USER DATA
3.1. DATA PROVIDED BY THE USER
3.1.1. By placing an Order on the Website, editing their data, using the Website's features, consulting with Website support representatives, and/or cooperating in any other way, the User voluntarily provides their personal information, which may include, but not limited to:

5. USER RIGHTS REGARDING DATA
5.1. RIGHT TO ACCESS. The User may send a request to obtain access to the information stored about them by the Website.
5.2. RIGHT TO MODIFY. The User may at any time modify and/or delete their information, including personal data, and/or unsubscribe from newsletters, by deleting their browsing history on the Website and/or contacting support with the relevant request at: trenix.info@gmail.com. After the User modifies and/or deletes their information, including personal data, the Website’s ability to provide services to the User may be suspended until the User resumes their use.
5.3. RIGHT TO DELETE DATA. The User may delete their data on the Website at any time by themselves or by contacting support with the relevant request at: trenix.info@gmail.com. In such a case, the User's information provided during the creation of Orders and/or while using the Website will be permanently deleted.
6. TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE
6.1. By using the Website, the User confirms that:
6.1.1. They have all necessary rights that allow them to acquire civil rights for themselves and exercise them independently, perform them independently, and bear responsibility for their non-performance.
6.1.2. They provide correct and accurate information in the Order form for further use of the Website and receipt of the Product.
6.1.3. They agree to receive periodic notifications and/or promotional emails to their email.
6.1.4. They consent to making payments for the realization of Orders that may be created on the Website.
7. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
7.1. The Website administrators reserve the right to update the Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason by publishing a new version of the Privacy Policy through links in the corresponding section on the Website at the link https://trenix.com.ua
7.2. The Website User is obligated to periodically review these terms to stay informed about how the Website protects the User’s information. The Website administrators may also notify the User of such changes by posting news on the Website, sending an informational email newsletter, and through other means.
7.3. If the User has unsubscribed from emails informing them about changes to the legal documentation, the User is still responsible for familiarizing themselves with them. If the User continues to use the Website after changes to this Privacy Policy, it means that the User agrees to all changes made.
8. OTHER TERMS
8.1. The Site Administrators reserve the right to interpret and apply this Privacy Policy at their discretion. If any provision of this Policy is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
8.2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site Administrators are located, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using the Site, the User consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction of the Site Administrators for the resolution of any disputes.
