1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
Website — the 'TRENIX' web resource, designed for the sale of Products displayed on the Website.
User – any individual who uses Our Website to purchase Products.
Product – an item sold on Our Website.
Order – the process of ordering a Product on the Website or through communication with the Website administrators.

5.2. RIGHT TO MODIFY. After the User modifies and/or deletes their information, including personal data, the Website’s ability to provide services to the User may be suspended until the User resumes their use.
5.3. RIGHT TO DELETE DATA. The User may delete their data on the Website at any time by themselves or by contacting support with the relevant request at: trenix.info@gmail.com. In such a case, the User's information provided during the creation of Orders and/or while using the Website will be permanently deleted.
6. TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE
6.1. By using the Website, the User confirms that:
6.1.1. They have all necessary rights that allow them to acquire civil rights for themselves and exercise them independently, perform them independently, and bear responsibility for their non-performance.
6.1.2. They provide correct and accurate information in the Order form for further use of the Website and receipt of the Product.
6.1.3. They agree to receive periodic notifications and/or promotional emails to their email.
6.1.4. They consent to making payments for the realization of Orders that may be created on the Website.
7. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

7.3. If the User has unsubscribed from emails informing them about changes to the legal documentation, the User is still responsible for familiarizing themselves with them. If the User continues to use the Website after changes to this Privacy Policy, it means that the User agrees to all changes made.
8. OTHER TERMS
8.1. The Site Administrators reserve the right to interpret and apply this Privacy Policy at their discretion. If any provision of this Policy is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
8.2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site Administrators are located, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using the Site, the User consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction of the Site Administrators for the resolution of any disputes.
